Gareth is THE guy! Going in, I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted, but I knew what my standards were and what my family needed. I grew up with a lot of anxiety around spending money and I wasn't sure if we should purchase or lease, or how the financing would work, if I should go through our bank etc. I had so many questions! Gareth was incredibly patient and thoroughly walked me through the process from A-Z and showed me that I really could afford the car I wanted and needed. This is the first new vehicle I've ever driven off the lot in my name and am so incredibly happy! His team is also patient and incredibly helpful. The dealership is nothing like any dealership I've ever been in before. I was there for a few hours, but amenities such as a coffee shop, snacks, and gift shop (bonus: $25 certificate for the gift shop!) made the time pass by in a breeze. I highly recommend this dealership, especially Gareth Grandt's expertise.

I contacted Toyota of cedar park after totaling my vehicle. I got a price quote from a long time friend and they were more than willing to beat his price point and save me a 10hr drive. I was able to stop in Saturday afternoon and was in and out within 3-4 hours. It was quite impressive even being a salesman myself.

We purchased a used vehicle from Shane a few months ago. After having it only two weeks, during the freeze we found out the heater didn't work. Shane got us a loaner to use which was awesome. It took 6 weeks to fix due to parts taking a while but he let us use the loaner the entire time. We got it back and so far so good. Thanks Shane for all of your help
