They tell you exactly what you’re getting and how much it will cost upfront. Their work is shown in a video sent straight to you. Any extras that are needed are explained in a text or by phone if you prefer. Work was done in a very timely manner.

We had Travis Scott help us with purchasing our new 4Runner. He was nothing short of amazing. He was personable and easy to talk to. Before cedar park Toyota we had some bad experiences with manipulating and lying car dealerships and dealers. Travis at cedar park was one of the only honest and helpful sales associates around the Austin and San Antonio areas! Although pricing was difficult to talk down at this location, he worked hard to get it to as close to our budget as possible. 100% would recommend you ask for Travis to be your car dealer!

Toyota helped me on Oct 24, 2024 after I hit a large curb extending out into the road. I had to replace two tires. They carefully assessed the damage, gave me reasonable pricing, realigned my car, and got me back on the road in a short time. John was great in assisting me with tire pricing. Dennis double checked some of the damage at my request. Megan advised me throughout the process, keeping me informed on repairs needed, pricing, and time to finish. They made a fabulous team, and I appreciated it.
