Our sales guy Ron Pilz was phenomenal. Very bad experience here. The salesman quoted one price and I drove a long distance based on that price. But when I got there they shifted to another salesman who then quoted a much higher price. I showed him the text and he went and got his manager who was extremely arrogant and would not agree to reduce the price saying he was the boss and the other guy had no business sending me that text. So I walked out and bought another car from a different dealership on my way back.

Service Manager Aubrey Seeman and his team of mechanics have never failed to provide an outstanding service customer satisfaction event for me. We have been purchasing vehicles for 25 years. Our recent purchase at Toyota of cedar park was the smoothest of all. Alex Flores helped us with the purchase. It was a no pressure environment. Alex was very patient during 3 test drives over 2 occasions before we narrowed down the vehicle. The communication all along - from test drive to car pick up was prompt and clear. The vehicle arrived eariler than schedule. From a pricing perspective as well their offer was competitive compared to dealerships in Dallas and Houston.

I waited 29 minutes in the service line, before anyone talked to me. They cared more about lunch than helping customers. I watched 9 service people and one manager unload trays of food from the truck online right in front of me. That should not have been done where customers could see what joke they looked like. I also saw to service techs ratting their lunch at their desk. Why are these guy having eat and work at their desk. Talk about a company that doesn’t care about there people.

I had a free oil change I won and took my Hyundai Sonota in there. Hyundai is not Toyota. I kind of felt like everytime I went to a UT football game as a Red Raider. However, Zachary took good care of me and made me feel welcome and took care of me and my care quickly. I can only hope that i get this kind of reception at the next UT game....
Duncan Sheely is very knowledgeable and communicated the status of my vehicle service quickly and accurately.
The issues with my deal were ultimately resolved after escalation to management, and I do appreciate the effort to make things right. However, the process to get there involved a lack of transparency, poor follow-up, and multiple escalations that should not have been necessary. While the final outcome was fair, the overall experience was frustrating and avoidable.
No problems whatsoever. The were reasonable, fair, and followed up on their commitments. I would recommend them to my friends.

I took my Toyota Highlander for a 30k mile service. The technician greeted me and explained everything they were going to check and asked me if I had any concerns with the vehicle. I waited in the lounge that had options to buy sandwiches, muffins, snacks,coffees, smoothies and other drinks. There as also complimentary coffee and plenty of seating. I recd text messages with updates and a video showing what they did and what they found. The check out process was very quick and easy. It was a wonderful experience. Daniel C. is the 4Runner expert, esp for specific things a 4Runner needs—and he is a 4Runner owner as well. He was very honest and very respectful—and on our list to work with in the future as our 4Runner ages. He also prioritized the list of required maintenance items for us.
