January/Chris were great. We had run into roadblocks with our prior car because unfortunately another Toyota dealership threw in some additional things that we didn’t review well enough and had rolled over negative equity that just didn’t make sense for us to take into another new vehicle. January was able to get us the monthly payment + work numbers to be able to remove most of the negative equity to be able to have a fair number and be able to get into a new Tacoma. Very happy with the transparency, the attention to detail, and the overall process with Chris and January. This will be my go to dealer going forward

We have bought many cars in our lives but this was by far the easiest, most relaxing and positive experience ever. January was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was eager to tell us all he knew about the Tacoma pickup. The entire staff from Samuel, to Torri, to David to Samantha were all great at their jobs, and while we progressed from one step to the other, the lobby, cafe and showroom was a very comfortable place to hang out, with people coming by frequently to offer refreshments, thank us for being there etc. We will definitely tell everyone we know to drop by Toyota of Cedar Park if they are in the market for a car. Big thank you to Chris Hamm for getting me in today. I had an issue caused by another dealer, the one I bought the car from and messed an oil change of all things. Got me in same day, showed me the issue and found a solution. This location is fantastic, clean and comfortable waiting room restrooms, even a coffee shop that serves snacks and sandwiches. There's even a little store to keep you occupied while you wait for your vehicle. This was an impressive experience, and I believe I'll be buying my next Toyota from here just because of how I was treated today.
