Everything I’have experienced at the Service Deparment at Toyota of Cedar Park has been amazing. My Serice Advisor, Jon Christian Ham greeted me warmly and explained thouroughly all the would be doing. He communicated with me throughout the process. The waiting area is very comfortable, and everything was finished in a timely manner.

Travis Scott was a great salesman! He went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience purchasing. When I expressed that I needed something fixed on the car before I could purchase it, he ensured not only that the service department fixed it but also that I had a loaner to drive in the meantime. As far as the dealership itself, it was clean, well stocked on amenities, and overall the sales staff felt respectable. My only negative point would be that car prices were high, but I bought regardless of that.

Always quick and friendly service. I definitely will recommend the dealership. Enjoy the snack bar and free treats.
