I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new Toyota Grand Highlander from Toyota of Cedar Park. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. My sales advisor, Tyler Thornhill, and his associate, Kyle Chowdhury, went above and beyond to make sure everything came together. They were knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and never made me feel pressured. They truly went the extra mile to make this a great car-buying experience. One detail that really stood out was that I happened to be at the dealership in a friend's car because my vehicle was in the shop (at a non-Toyota repair facility). After completing the purchase, Tyler and Kyle actually drove my new Grand Highlander to my home for me. That kind of personal service says a lot about the people they are. I also want to recognize the New Car Sales Director, Will Taylor, who helped move the purchase along smoothly and was an easy and pleasant person to work with throughout the process. Yesterday, I had an unpleasant experience with the Service Department and shared my concerns in a review. Since then, the team has reached out with a sincere apology and has gone above and beyond to address the situation. I truly appreciate the care and concern they have shown, and I felt it was equally important to share how wonderfully they responded.

Best truck buying experience I’ve ever had, by far! I live over 2 hours away and I had narrowed my desired truck down to one specific rig with exact model and trim. Belinda was incredibly friendly and very informative over the phone on the truck they currently had in stock and she provided videos and photos to confirm everything before I made the long trip to Toyota of Cedar Park. I arrived and walked in to find the most incredible showroom that felt more like a lobby of an upscale resort. I was assisted by John who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Once John helped me confirm in person that this truck was exactly what I was looking for, I went in to review all of the paperwork with the final numbers which is where I was expecting to see all of the hidden fees and dealer add-ons. Over the last week I had passed up and walked out of two different dealerships because of their undisclosed dealer fees and unwanted add-ons that they said they “couldn’t remove because they weren’t making any money on this truck.” Alex was different. He walked me through the “optional” products and services that they offer, and didn’t pressure or force me into any of them. I actually decided to add an extended warranty that was very affordable and I feel great about it. He was very understanding of my previous experiences with the last 2 dealerships and was extremely patient with all of my questions and reservations. I can’t fully express my gratitude for Alex, John, Belinda and the ownership that have built the team and the entire experience at Toyota of Cedar Park. I will absolutely be back and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

Excellent dealership! We walked in with an expectation of what kind of car we wanted (used Toyota Tacoma Hybrid) but no car picked out in particular and no appointment. We were quickly helped out by Samer Chtay who walked us through options they had and even showed us cars that were not yet even shown online. We ended up getting a deal done shortly after and the truck was ready in a couple days later. Samer was excellent and professional as well. Not pushy or trying to rush us into anything while hearing our concerns and questions. Upon picking up the vehicle we also received some help from Aly getting set up and acquainted with the truck. She was also very helpful, professional, and added to the overall customer experience. Highly recommended!
