This place is amazing! I came here to purchase a new car, but I literally know nothing about whole process. Jaxson was the person who was assigned to work with me, and I immediately felt as if I was in good hands! He was extremely patient, understanding, and had a strong willingness to work with me, and my budget! He was reasonable with my lack of credit history, and gave me plenty of options to work with! He was also very responsive during the whole process! Dan was our financial guy, and he was absolutely amazing as well! He explained things in extreme detail, and was laying out all of our options for us, without the pressure of purchasing. Rather he just explained each warranty, and really left it up to us to decide which we wanted! He was very personable and made the whole process as smooth as possible! Sammy was the one who explained the technology aspect to my car(which I have no idea how it works most of the time), and he was very detail oriented and knowledgeable! He was very kind and nice to me, and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing how to work the tech! Overall this place was an amazing experience!

Re: Parts and Service I had been a customer of Auto Nation for over ten years and recently switched over to Cedar Park. While I loved Auto Nation, I realized their parts department charged $200 more for a Toyota Camry Hybrid battery than Cedar Park, without labor. My first visit at Cedar Park wasn't great. I don't remember who I had, but he made me get an alignment even though I just had one at Auto Nation within the last year. The specs weren't off by much. For my second visit, I switched to Nathan, whom I was happier with. I liked that he used to work at Auto Nation and was familiar with the level of customer service I expected, minus the long wait times. The wait times at Auto Nation are one hour longer than Cedar Park. If you check in on Yelp, you will receive 15% off your first visit. I will definitely be returning for my 90k service to see Nathan.

I was not looking forward to buying a new car mainly because I was resistant on working with a car salesman. I worked with xavian on buying a new car, he was such a blessing. He wasn't pushy, he was patient and figured out any questions I had without guessing or fudging the answer. Highly recommend working with him!

A wonderful experience. Coco is THEE BEST! As an educator, I REALLY appreciate people who approach their jobs from a teaching perspective and that’s exactly what I got with Coco at Toyota of Cedar Park. Buying a car is so stressful (we all know this!) so I did a TON of research and came in with my guard all the way up. In my research of the dealership, Coco was highly rated so when we walked in, I requested him specifically. Apparently we were in the wrong building so Coco ran over to meet with us! Coco was super warm and friendly and immediately put us at ease. He was already working with another customer and offered to get us someone else, but we decided to wait because, right off the bat, he made us feel comfortable, which in car sales, can be rare! When he became available, Coco spent lots of time educating us about the different cars available, the process of buying at their location and also validating our concerns with one of the cars we viewed. In my experience, I NEVER felt pressured in any way, I learned a lot and ultimately walked away with exactly what I wanted! By the time we signed the papers, the dealership was closed and my mom and I were trying to figure out how we were going to take our (traditional) new car photos in the dark. Despite the location being closed, Coco still went above and beyond to make the experience extra-special by putting the big red bow on the car so we could take our photos! The Toyota of Cedar Park experience was great, super clean, bright and well supplied with water and snacks which helped as we were there all day. Overall the car buying experience, under Coco’s tutelage was 10/10🌟🙌🏾
