Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Drove up from San Antonio to this dealer because the SA dealers appear to all be in collusion given the similarity of their pricing on the internet. Salesman Mike Mandavi was very helpful and picked me up at the Austin bus station on July 27 when my 2026 Toyota Tacoma was delivered. I figure I saved $5-6,000 over what I could have bought my truck for in San Antonio. Purchase process was very smooth and professional. They try to sell you a few add ons I didn't buy, but every other dealer does the same. The will negotiate to some degree off of their already low prices on the internet. I saved about $1,000 from negotiating and got the truck in the price range recommended by Edmunds.com. I would definitely buy another vehicle from these people.

We had run into roadblocks with our prior car because unfortunately another Toyota dealership threw in some additional things that we didn’t review well enough and had rolled over negative equity that just didn’t make sense for us to take into another new vehicle. January was able to get us the monthly payment + work numbers to be able to remove most of the negative equity to be able to have a fair number and be able to get into a new Tacoma. We have bought many cars in our lives but this was by far the easiest, most relaxing and positive experience ever. January was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was eager to tell us all he knew about the Tacoma pickup. The entire staff from Samuel, to Torri, to David to Samantha were all great at their jobs, and while we progressed from one step to the other, the lobby, cafe and showroom was a very comfortable place to hang out, with people coming by frequently to offer refreshments, thank us for being there etc. We will definitely tell everyone we know to drop by Toyota of Cedar Park if they are in the market for a car.
