This is the second truck I have purchased from Toyota Cedar Park but the first with Gareth. The experience from start to finish was easy while working with Gareth. He provided options and explained in detail any questions I might have had. I would recommend to anyone that is looking to ask for him by name.

Toyota Cedar Park is the best Toyota dealership in central Texas. Generally, they will have the lowest prices, largest inventory, and best options. I've now bought two cars from them and both times it was relatively quick and easy. I explored other Makes and Toyota dealerships, but I came back to TCP. It can be hard for dealerships to keep common, high-demand cars on the lot, but they get frequent re-stock. TCP had one of what I wanted unallocated on the lot. After a test drive with Roy, we agreed on numbers quickly. High-demand cars aren't subject to large price cuts but they took some off and I signed. The finance person did his thing, which is trying to sell an add-on product, so it's best to generally know if you want the extended warranty or not before meeting him. He was friendly, gave some examples of warranty packages and situations it would cover, and respected my declination of the extended warranty. The delivery team linked my phone to the car and had me on my way in under 20 minutes. All-in, it was a few hours but it didn't feel that long; the snacks up front help. I'll be back for my first included Toyota Care service appointment.

From the welcoming until signing the contract and driving away with a new car, the experience is VIP. I went for a test drive and was welcomed and helped by Sales Consultant Aly Elrefaey from the test drive to providing all information I needed, covering all aspects of the process, the trade in, etc without being overwhelming yet very clear. The receptionists, all the staff very attentive, the cleanness of the facilities, again, it was a VIP experience!
