Serving Our Community

“Before a business can do well, it must do good.

Toyota of Cedar Park understands that before a company can do well, it must also do good! We are proud to support our local communities by sponsoring, hosting, and participating in events that benefit charities and organizations such as the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center, Hill Country Community Ministries, Akshaya Patra Foundation, Austin Business Women, Austin PBS, Breast Cancer Resource Center, Candlelight Ranch, Cedar Park Police Department, Cedar Park Library Foundation, Central Texas SPCA, Deb’s Dream, Dell Children’s Medical Center, Flatwater Foundation, Georgetown Area Texas Car Club, Girls of Legacy, Greater Round Rock Community Foundation, Leander Educational Excellence Foundation, Lion’s Club, Operation Liberty Hill, Reveal Resource Center, Toyota/Lexus Minority Owners Dealer Association (TLMODA), United Way of Greater Austin, USA Cares Veterans Outreach, We Are Blood, Yesterday’s Gone, YMCA of Williamson County, and the Young Men’s Service League.

In addition, we proudly support our veterans, police, and first responders, as well as programs that help our local schools, teachers, and the organizations that support them. We are beyond grateful for our partnerships with countless PTAs and sports programs, as well as with so many area Chambers of Commerce, including Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Pflugerville, Georgetown, the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber, the Greater Austin Asian Chamber, the Austin Black Chamber, and the LGBT Chamber.

Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center

Toyota of Cedar Park’s partnership with the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center (WCCAC) is a long-term, company-wide initiative rooted in compassion, community responsibility, and shared purpose. Over multiple years, the dealership has contributed more than $750,000 through leadership donations, employee giving campaigns, proceeds from vehicle sales and service work, sponsorships, and fundraising events such as WCCAC’s Hope, Heroes, and Handbags, where TCP proudly serves as the presenting sponsor. In addition to financial support, employees across all departments actively volunteer for their time and participate in annual “Day of Giving” initiatives that educate and engage the workforce in WCCAC’s mission. The partnership was inspired by learning about the critical services WCCAC provides to children and families impacted by physical, mental, and sexual abuse. Their mission aligns with ours: To make a difference in our industry, our community, and with one another. This sustained commitment has helped expand WCCAC’s services, increased access to counseling and advocacy resources, and strengthened support systems for vulnerable children throughout Central Texas.

Hill Country Community Ministries

Toyota of Cedar Park proudly partners with Hill Country Community Ministries (HCCM) through ongoing community outreach efforts that directly support local families and students in need. One of the dealership’s signature initiatives is hosting HCCM’s annual “Stuff the Truck” shoe drive, benefiting the nonprofit’s Laces for Leander program, which provides free, new athletic shoes to Leander ISD students enrolled in free or reduced lunch programs.

Through this partnership, Toyota of Cedar Park mobilizes employees, local schools, and community members to collect hundreds of pairs of shoes each year. The dealership also encourages participation by offering incentives, such as complimentary oil and filter changes, for customers who choose to donate.

In addition, Toyota of Cedar Park employees actively contribute through the dealership’s annual Employee Day of Giving. This partnership reflects Toyota of Cedar Park’s ongoing commitment to making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.

HCCM’s mission is to provide food, clothing, and critical assistance to families experiencing poverty or crisis throughout Williamson County.

Car Seat Safety Workshops

In March of 2021, we partnered with the Toyota/Lexus Minority Owners Dealer Association (TLMODA) and Austin/Travis County EMS to sponsor a kids’ car seat safety check! We gave free car seats to families in need throughout our hill country community, and offered free car seat inspections for any family that wanted them to ensure that their little ones were kept safe. Plus – free snow cones!

December 2017, we partnered with Leander Police Department and Dell Children’s Medical Center in hosting a “Kids in Cars” car seat inspection event on our service drive. This program provides child passenger safety and serves over 7 counties throughout Austin. The public was invited to come get their car seats inspected by an officer or certified Dell Children’s staff member. If the car seat needed to be replaced, Dell Children’s replaced their car seat at no cost.

Leander Educational Excellence Foundation

Since 2017, we have been proud sponsors of the LEEF (Leander Educational Excellence Foundation) Mudstacle! The LEEF organization is a “nonprofit organization dedicated to providing resources that support innovation, enrichment and equity in pursuit of academic excellence within the Leander Independent School District.” This event is one of the biggest fundraisers for the foundation and over the two years we were able to help raise more than $100,000 for Leander Independents School District schools and students.
