It was a lengthy wait for a standard oil change and inspection, but the service was great, staff was friendly and there's a café and gift shop to keep you busy, plus wifi and charging stations for your devices. All in all it was a positive experience. Maybe make it a morning appointment to avoid the longer wait time in the afternoons.

My sales advisor, Logan Watts, was very friendly, easy to talk to, and made the entire experience as pain-free as possible. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he really focused on my priorities instead of trying to sell me things I didn't want. I owe Cedar Park Toyota's financial department an apology. They did cancel 2 packages I received at the time of my purchase (upon my request /tire, maintenance). I wrote them a nasty email because I didn't have a piece of paper confirming the cancelation. So, when the internet says get a signed form. You don't need to see it. Trust that Cedar Park keeps there word.

Very bad experience here. The salesman quoted one price and I drove a long distance based on that price. But when I got there they shifted to another salesman who then quoted a much higher price. I showed him the text and he went and got his manager who was extremely arrogant and would not agree to reduce the price saying he was the boss and the other guy had no business sending me that text. So I walked out and bought another car from a different dealership on my way back.
